The following terms and conditions and general information published on our website www.tourworth.com  (https://www.tourworth.com ) comprise the contract between you and TOURWORTH LUXURY TRAVEL PVT. LTD, Please read these conditions and our general information carefully prior to make a booking with us.

Acceptance of our terms and conditions by email is required to confirm your booking with us at the time of sending your deposit for travel arrangements you wish to book. While making a booking you may call to us directly or contact us via email at info@tourworth.com  (mailto:info@tourworth.com ). We will help you to select the travel arrangements that you require and will offer you a price for these arrangements. Your booking with TOURWORTH LUXURY TRAVEL PVT. LTD is confirmed when we have received your deposit for the arrangements that you have confirmed by email or by phone with us. If you are making a booking for more than one person, the person confirming the booking must have the consent of other accompanying guests to make the booking on their behalf and this person will be responsible for all payments for all guests travelling on the booking. For the purposes of our booking conditions “you” means the individual making the booking and all members of the party travelling with them.

Payment mode for your holiday by wire transfer to our bank account .

50% of the total booking cost is to be paid at the time of confirmation .

50% of the payment is to be required at least 60 days prior to the start of your tour. Reservations made with less than 60 days remaining will require immediate payment of all dues.

Non receipt of above mentioned payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and relevant charges will apply.

Cancellation In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing on email to us. Bookings cancelled after confirmation and payment of deposit will incur cancellation fees as a percentage of the total booking cost as follows, dependent upon the number of days prior on arrival date that arrangements are cancelled:

365 – 60 days prior to arrival date 10%

59 – 30 days prior to arrival date 50%

29 – 0 days prior to arrival date 100%

For any cancellations effected during the course of the tour, the refunds would be at the discretion of the company.

Refund Policy If the tour or any part of the tour could not be conducted due to reasons beyond the control of the Company, where in the Company shall not be held responsible for any refund to the Client. However, it may be at the sole discretion of the Company to give refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final. Refunds (if any) would be paid by the Company directly to client’s bank account, which would take at least upto 15 days to process the refund (if due). However no refund whatsoever is payable if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, program, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever .

Bank Charges will be applicable as an extra .All payments made through Online must be made in INR. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment or in processing a refund shall be borne by the client.

Wildlife Safaris / Air Ticket cancellation All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries & Air ticket booked through any of Indian flight’s carrier are non-refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Liabilities & Limitations: Tourworth Luxury Travel Pvt. Ltd, act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under the relevant concern authorities. Your itineraries are sample itinerary intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you. 

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

Insurance It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance at the time of your booking with your insurance provider. We are unable to take responsibility for costs and liabilities that may result from your decision to travel without insurance, or insurance that may not be fully comprehensive for your needs.

Medical Information and Special Requests It is necessary for you to inform us about any medical condition, dietary requirement or special requirements that may have a significant or material impact on your ability to enjoy your booked arrangements. These should be advised to us at the time of booking and whilst we may be able to accommodate special requests and requirements we cannot be responsible for any loss of enjoyment that may arise from your failure to communicate these issues at the time of booking. If you have any dietary requests, Please share with us at the time of booking as same will be share by us to our hotels & our team.

Changes / Amendment to your booking once you have booked your travel arrangements with us, changes you may wish to make to your booked arrangements after receipt of your deposit will be possible subject to any charges that may be made by our suppliers. Any change that requires an alteration of dates to any booking, including postponement may be treated as a cancellation and our cancellation policy applied depending upon the notice given prior to arrival. In the event that your arrangements need to be changed as a result of a missed, delayed or cancelled international or domestic airline fight, car or rail journey we will provide every assistance to you to make the required changes to your travel arrangements, but you will be responsible for the cost of such changes. Where your arrangements need to be changed, curtailed or abandoned due to circumstances beyond the control of TOURWORTH LUXURY TRAVEL PVT. LTD. , including but not limited to acts of god, civil commotion, strikes, war, threat of war, terrorist activity either threatened or actual, natural or nuclear disaster and events beyond the reasonable control of TOURWORTH LUXURY TRAVEL PVT. LTD., we will, depending upon whether you are in the country or due to travel, either make alternate arrangements or offer you alternate travel arrangements where available. If such events occur whilst you are already travelling in India the costs of such arrangements will be borne by you. TOURWORTH LUXURY TRAVEL PVT. LTD. is regrettably unable to pay compensation or take responsibility for any costs, losses and liabilities that may result from such events.

Travel Documents It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents to enable you to travel to India. These may include but are not limited to, valid passport, flight tickets, correct visa for India and any other requirements that may from time to time be required. TOURWORTH LUXURY TRAVEL PVT. LTD. will not be responsible for any alterations to travel arrangements that may arise from your failure to travel with the correct documentation. Non arrival in India as a result of incorrect documentation will be treated as a cancellation by the company.
